Every artifact carries an explicit licence. Ambiguous ownership is treated as non-releasable, and the build enforces it.

CC BY 4.0 unless a record states otherwise.

Demonstration fixtures and their artifacts

CC0 1.0. They are synthetic and exist to be copied and tested against.

Site and tooling source

To be stated when the repository is made public. It is private today, which this page says rather than implying an open licence that does not exist.

Third-party content

None is redistributed. Externally licensed material that cannot be redistributed is classified licence-restricted and is not published, even when the finding that depends on it is.

A licence on a record covers the record. It does not transfer rights in anything the record describes, and it is not a warranty about the science.
