Tiffany Systems
Tiffany is in discovery. This is where the evidence will live.
Tiffany is the subject of active research. What she is, what form she takes and what she will do are open questions — not finished work awaiting a release date. What is finished is the laboratory that will publish her: working, inspectable, and deliberately built before there was anything to announce.

What is Tiffany?
Tiffany is the subject of an independent research and build programme. This website is not that programme — it is the publication infrastructure the programme will eventually publish through, and which Tiffany is intended to operate herself under narrow, auditable, revocable authority.
No public technical description of Tiffany has been released. This site names the system and its planned modules. It does not describe their architecture, capabilities or state, and it will not guess: a plausible-looking capability claim is the easiest thing on a site like this to write and the hardest for a reader to check.

What you can actually do here today
Named work inside the programme
These are areas of active research, not products in a release queue. Their form, role and public future are among the things discovery is determining — naming them is the entire extent of what has been released.
UNDETERMINED
RCI
RCI is part of the active Tiffany research and architecture programme. It is in discovery: public technical details, interfaces, evidence and release information will appear here only once the relevant work is sufficiently established and cleared for publication.
UNDETERMINED
CIOS
CIOS is part of the active Tiffany research and architecture programme. It is in discovery: public technical details, interfaces, evidence and release information will appear here only once the relevant work is sufficiently established and cleared for publication.
UNDETERMINED
Scientific OS
Scientific OS is part of the active Tiffany research and architecture programme. It is in discovery: its scope, governance role and public form are open questions, and details will appear here once established and cleared for publication.
UNDETERMINED
Tiffany application
There is no Tiffany application. Whether Tiffany takes the form of something you download and run is one of the questions discovery has not answered, so this page neither offers a build nor promises one.
What is working right now
The publication infrastructure is complete and in production. It is proven end to end on one clearly-marked demonstration claim that is stated too broadly, narrowed after a falsifier fails, challenged on its measurement, and then withdrawn — because the useful question is not whether a publication system can display a success, but whether it can display a retraction without erasing what came before it.
EVIDENCE_DATABASE
The laboratory
The publication infrastructure itself: claim records, evidence coverage, falsifiers, provenance, immutable versions and the deterministic policy that decides what may be published.
API
Public API
Unauthenticated read-only endpoints over scientific records, the status vocabulary, the publication policy and the demonstration fixture.
DOCUMENTATION
Developer and API portal
Twenty pages covering the API contract, schemas, errors, versioning, verification and the rules for machine clients — including honest pages for the capabilities that do not exist.
DEVELOPER_RESOURCE
Published schemas
JSON Schemas for every response envelope, the claim record and the portal input contract, enforced against every emitted document at build time.
DEVELOPER_RESOURCE
Status vocabulary
Every status term used anywhere on this site, defined and versioned, across seventeen dimensions that deliberately disagree with each other.
REPRODUCIBILITY_PACKAGE
Portable research bundles
One JSON file per claim version carrying the record, its digest, its citation, the artifact manifest and the verification recipe — designed to remain checkable if this site disappears.
TOOL
Verification method
The canonicalization and digest scheme is published in full so anyone can re-implement it. The reference implementation is not yet downloadable, because the site repository is private.
Four questions this site keeps apart
Where is it in development?
Discovery, designing, qualification pending, available. Early states describe work. There is no failed term, because unbuilt is not failed.
Is it scientifically qualified?
A nine-dimension state that regularly disagrees with itself. There is no score, and there never will be.
Is this release current?
Superseded and withdrawn releases stay published at their original addresses, saying what they are.
What access does it need?
Everything public here needs nothing. No account, no key, no email address is collected anywhere on this site.
A single badge would have to pick one of these and let readers guess the rest. Each resolves through the versioned vocabulary, and every resource page shows all four together.
