What will appear here

Each entry will be a claim with a stable identity, an immutable version history, an evidence coverage map, registered falsifiers, its replication state, its open evidence debt, and a citation that resolves to the exact version you read. The machinery is built and running — you can see it working end to end on the demonstration claim, which is a fixture and is marked as one.
