Tiffany
Tiffany is the subject of an active research and architecture programme. The work is in discovery: public technical details will appear here when the relevant work is sufficiently established and cleared for publication.

What will appear here
Once the work is established and cleared, this page will carry:
- What it is, and what problem it addresses
- Its role within Tiffany, once that role is settled
- Public-safe architecture and interfaces
- Capabilities and, equally, non-capabilities
- Limitations and tested scope
- Supporting evidence, and where evidence is absent
- Release, download and documentation state
What is not claimed
Stated explicitly, so that silence is not read as a quiet claim.
- No capability of Tiffany is asserted anywhere on this site.
- Nothing here states that Tiffany can currently perform any task.
- No architecture, interface, platform or release of Tiffany is described.
What it is
This website is not the research programme. It is the publication infrastructure the programme will publish through, built deliberately before there was anything to publish.
Why it exists
To give scientific work somewhere to be published that preserves evidence, provenance, reproducibility, history and honest status.
Limitations
- The work is in discovery. Its eventual shape is not settled, and this site will not describe a shape that research has not produced.
- No public technical description has been released, so this page names the system and stops.
What has to happen before this is available
Discovery has to produce something established enough to describe, that description has to be qualified, and it then has to clear the export, sanitisation, classification, licence and release-policy controls that govern anything public. None of those stages has been reached, and none of them has a date.

Human and machine records are generated from one source in one pass and are tested to agree on availability, access, release state and limitations.
